Dura-Crust Soil Stabilizer base is a custom blended co-polymer emulsion designed for use with mineral fines, clay, sand, fine gravel and other dusty insoluble particulate materials.

Dura-Crust provides improved water resistance while also enhancing the bonded soil’s compressive strength. Improved dust resistance is also achieved. Upon drying, the emulsion binds the fine, dusty particulate material reducing erosion and dust. Dura-Crust Soil Stabilizer base is your polymer of choice for soil stabilization, erosion control, rut resistance and mild dust control.

Dura-Crust Dust Defender sealer is a polymer soil stabilizer designed for the modification of mineral powders, fine gravel sand and other dusty insoluble mineral-based materials. Dura-Crust Dust Defender sealer provides improved chemical and water resistance to these systems along with increases in compressive and flexural strength to help reduce formation of dusty residues. When dried, the film will cure to a flexible matrix that resists break down into fine dusty particulates. The product is based on a vinyl acetate polymer and modified synthetic resin which has flexibility and elongation performance that will resist breakdown when subject to traffic loads.
